State Dance Association welcomes all dance educators and studio owners to apply. 


HOW DO I BECOME A STATE DANCE ASSOCIATION MEMBER?
To become a State Dance Assocation member the following is required-

- Complete and return a Membership Form (available by clicking on the red button)
- Enclose appropriate support evidence such as applicable qualifications, teaching and dance experience, peer letter of recommendation, insurance policies, Working with Children Check and any other supporting documentation that you feel may enhance your application
- Each application is taken on case by case basis.  We strongly encourage you to apply even if your scenario differs to the above and we will assist you in becoming a member in any way that we can.

SDA MEMBERSHIP LEVELS, ENTITLEMENTS & PRICES

NEW MEMBERSHIP:    $250.00 PER STYLE (Ballet, Jazz & Tap) to a MAXIMUM of $550.00

All new members to the State Dance Association.  After the first year the continuing membership rate applies 

  • Financial Member- can vote and attend meetings

  • Receives SDA Handbook & new member pack

  • Receives requested syllabi, music and DVD ($250 per style to a MAXIMUM of $550)

  • New member is for the first year of membership only 

  • Receives meeting minutes

  • Can access online members page and documents

  • Can teach the syllabus & submit formal examinations

  • SDA Membership card
     

CONTINUING MEMBERSHIP:   $175.00 PER ANNUM
An active participating & continuing member of the State Dance Association

  • Financial Member- can vote and attend meetings

  • Receives meeting minutes

  • Receives SDA Handbook

  • Can access online members page and documents

  • Can teach the syllabus & submit formal examinations
